Detroit Abloom is a pioneer of cut flower farming in Detroit. Transforming vacant land and creating good jobs; our deepest wish is that Detroit will inspire others by becoming the vibrant city it was meant to be. We envision Detroit blooming from within as more people express their love for one another and the community, and outwardly, by growing flowers everywhere. Both of our projects are located in the Jefferson Chalmers neighborhood on the lower east side of Detroit. Our office, hoop house and root cellar are at 313 Newport and our flower farm – Detroit Abloom – is located on the 200 block of Manistique and Ashland (use 248 Manistique for your GPS).
